The materials to be processed by GSDM v grooving machine are fixed by hydraulic clamping system, and flexible clamping and unloading devices are used: high-precision guidance system, position measurement system and hydraulic balancing function, to meet the needs of processing board surface free of trauma as far as possible. The hydraulic pressure is adjustable and reliable. The hydraulic system is equipped with an accumulator for compensation. The motor works in a clearance manner to save energy and control oil temperature.
Double power
The equipment is jointly driven by two servo motors and two sets of gears and racks, with higher torque, faster speed and smoother operation.
Bending effect display
Based on the input data, the system can display the bending effect diagram in real time to avoid the loss of raw material caused by input errors and input omissions.
